What We Do

The Arts and Education Council has been the St. Louis region’s only United Arts Fund since 1963. In that time, A&E has raised and distributed more than $100 million in support of nonprofit arts and arts education organizations. Unique collaborations with the PNC Foundation, Maritz, Wells Fargo Advisors and Monsanto Fund allow A&E to support specific projects that reach classrooms, communities and populations that might not otherwise have access to the arts. Contributions to the Arts and Education Council support nearly 70 organizations that work in over 20 counties.
