Free Family Day

Laumeier Sculpture Park
12580 Rott Road
St. Louis, MO 63127
October 08, 2017

Join Laumeier Sculpture Park to visit and celebrate their newest sculpture installation: Deer, 2015, by artist Tony Tasset. Participate in activities that explore the many ways nature inspires art. Print, paint and create outdoors as you learn more about Laumeier’s creatures, great and small! Laumeier’s Free Family Days provide families with a chance to bond while encouraging observation, imagination, curiosity and creativity. Activities are designed to be simple enough for ages 4 and up to enjoy, yet complex enough that more experienced young artists can take their projects to another level. Families have fun exploring new media and concepts while finding inspiration in Laumeier’s artworks and the natural environment. Event is located in the Kranzberg Education Lab. Free, all ages. Supported by a grant from the Windgate Foundation.
