Join us for a discussion about creating events that are on target for your audience, on target for your brand, and create the returns you need (financial, awareness of your organization and engagement with your constituents).

We’ve all been to events for not for profits…we’ve seen great events produced on a shoestring budget, and not so great events that break the bank.  We’ve also seen events that engage the audience and events that you can’t wait to be over…

While there are no magic formulas, Switch will give you some thought starters on everything from finding the venue, to putting the program together, to hiring the A-V company.  We will also show you technologies and apps for engaging your audience before, during and after the event.

If time permits we will also do a tour of Switch’s expansive production facilities.

John is the president and co-owner of Switch, a marketing firm specializing in creating brand engagement and experiences.  A lifelong Saint Louisan, John dedicates hundreds of hours each year supporting local not for profit organizations…From the Arts and Education to higher education, to civic organizations, John’s primary objective is to make entertaining and creative events affordable to produce.

John Fowler, Senior Creative Director

With more than 20 years’ experience, Senior Creative Director John Fowler, has worked on most of the major dimensional communication and public venue projects created at Switch.

John’s specialties are unique designs and creative use of materials. Switch’s customers benefit with John’s expertise in theatrical lighting, dimensional design and display technology.

Pat Ayres, Manager of Production

Pat Ayres has a broad and diverse experience in the world of events. This experience provides him with an opportunity to approach projects on many different levels always with the budget on mind.  One of the areas that Pat manages at Switch is large format printing…he is an expert at providing the right solution for your application. His knowledge of materials, printing techniques, and production will help you learn how to be more effective in producing graphic elements for your events.

Terry Lee: Producer/Project Manager, PMP

Terry’s began her career as stage manager for theatre and opera companies throughout the country.  Since “Switch”-ing to Corporate Theater eleven years ago, her professionalism leading up to and during events has wowed various clients.  Have you had rehearsals for events that melt down…have you had presenters go to the lectern unprepared…have you had events that run too long? Then you need to talk with Terry… with her knowledge of managing events including pre-production and on site, Terry has been a lifesaver for many organizations.  Ask her about her good friend Bob Gibson…
