Apply to the Bayer Fund Rural Community Arts Program
Applications are by invitation only.
The Bayer Fund Rural Community Arts Program is a partnership initiative that strengthens rural communities through the arts. Funding from the program brings artists and entertainers into rural classrooms and performance venues so people of all ages living in counties surrounding the St. Louis metropolitan area have meaningful access to the arts. The goal of the Bayer Fund Rural Community Arts Program is to ensure that the arts remain accessible to all.
The Bayer Fund, the philanthropic arm of Bayer, focuses on strengthening the communities where Bayer customers and employees live and work.
Applications to the program are by invitation only to organizations located in counties surrounding the St. Louis metropolitan area designated as rural by the U.S. Census. Eligible Missouri counties include: Callaway, Crawford, Gasconade, Lincoln, Montgomery, Perry, Phelps, Pike, Sainte Genevieve, Warren and Washington. Eligible Illinois counties include: Bond, Calhoun, Christian, Clinton, Greene, Fayette, Jersey, Lincoln, Macoupin, Monroe, Montgomery, Pike, Randolph, Union and Washington.
