Bailey Westrich
Development Manager for Events and Affinity Groups

Bailey Westrich joined the Arts and Education Council in July 2021 as Development Manager for Events and Affinity Groups. In this role, Bailey serves as project manager for all donor event planning and implementation, as well as cultivation and solicitation of new individual donors and event sponsors. She also assists with planning and executing donor engagement events, including those for affinity groups and workplace giving campaigns. Additionally, Bailey manages, engages, cultivates and motivates members of the Young Friends of the Arts and the Muse Society.

Bailey is an enthusiastic arts advocate and community volunteer, currently serving on the boards of local arts organizations Critical Mass for the Visual Arts and Paul Artspace. In her development career she has worked with various St. Louis arts organizations including Craft Alliance, the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis, and Jazz St. Louis. She holds a master’s degree in Arts Management and Leadership from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in Art History from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

In her free time, Bailey enjoys hiking, trying new recipes, reading, live music, stitching abstract embroidery and writing short stories.
